A little background about reflexology. It works by applying pressure to reflexes on the feet which corresponds to every organ and body part. This brings the body into balance helping it to heal itself.
Total body relaxation, stress and pain relief, immune system boost and improved circulation are just a few of the many benefits.
Reflexology is covered by Mersey Protective.
